· The snubbing unit is developed and built by JEREH and SNUBBERTECH.
· The snubbing unit features integrated and compact design and reduced overall height.
· The lifting/snubbing system of the snubbing unit is optimized to fit with two hydraulic cylinders and reduced single stroke time to Min. 4 seconds and thus increase the working efficiency.
· Stand Along/Rig Assist optional. The unit is designed with extendable gin pole and hydraulic tong arm. It is applicable of stand along operation or rig assist operation with workover/drilling rig.
· It is designed with hydraulic rotary table, which is applicable of rotating tubing, drilling bridge plug or even a well.
· Standard configuration with one annular and dual single gate BOPs. Dual single gates BOP are optional subject to customization.
· This unit is designed with hydraulic tong arm and quick hydraulic connectors for easy access to operation.
· Integrated compact control console is designed for easy operation with Min. two experienced crews.
· Containerized hydraulic power pack design could be quickly transferred to be on a skid for offshore application.
